Parking is minimal in your design/concept, and adequate parking is a critical success element to the patronage of the malls. My unqualified suggestion is to convert the ground floor to parking and go vertical to several floors, 4 or 5, for the mall. Just thinking out loud. I hope we meet soon

Good insight but there is ample parking that isn’t on my land. Plenty of government land for parking and my neighbor. Parking is not a problem. Thanks !

Thanks for stopping by. My contractor handled the workers. This carpenter though was very good at his craft but was terrible as a person. He delayed us for many, many weeks and did not deliver 4 of the doors and ran away with the money. I would not recommend him!

With so much unrest in the world today and Ghana and Zambia hold the biggest debt to China In Africa. Can this be rectify by exports ? Or any other methods? To continue to be independent. I see you have so much love and dreams for Ghana.

Thanks for the compliment. We need to minimize the imports, and enjoy more local stuff. We also need to process most of our stuff down here before exporting it. The problem is we export a lot of raw materials instead of finished goods. But I am sure the problem will get solved in the long run. The country is young and we will figure it out. China, Japan, Singapore and many other countries figured it out and we will also figure it out.

Yes but you know how to trade dude 😂 thats wh you look so confident Ideas for the mall : will attract people a bank near or inside, 2 or 3 toys for kids like horse etc, fresh juice corner , women luxury underwear shop,african fast food ( contact "l investisseur africain" an ivorian coast businessman he want to open many fast-food he s looking for partnerships, he talk english he lived in Dubaï now he s home , and you can rent on hollidays christmas for ex some place in the mall to self employed so they can show their businesses, arts etc.. to be recognised.There s no limits. The limit is ourselves and ...GOd Tell me if you need more ideas i m a mom in Europe i have traveled a lot and i ve seen good conceptsall around the world to share
