S.O.T. Metalworks thank you! Lol yes it’s my Panama Jack hat! I use to make fun of them but then got old enough and realized they keep you way cooler. I’m still waiting on you to come help finish it up
Nicely done! And I know that was HARD work, but you did it right. Filling the stone into the blocks, compacting - it's looking pretty darn good. There are just too many people who have the attitude that if it's covered up, no one will see it - but not you. Thank you for sharing and detailing each step. The time-lapsing was perfect.
Dale Premo thank you! It is hard work so I want it to last, I’ve had to fix a few where corners were cut and it was a pain. So much easier to do it right the first time. Appreciate you watching
You have done a amazing job on Building a paver patio set part 2 I love ❤️ your video 📷 the are amazing job I just can't wait for the next video 📷 #BuildingPaverPatio
Looking good man! Looking forward to seeing the finished product if you didn't get rained out.. We did unfortunately but after all this heat a day to catch up is kind of nice!
Nickens Lawn & Landscape LLC thanks buddy! It’s just finished raining here hoping to get the pad formed later today for the fireplace. Looks like you guys are getting hammered with rain today
I remember you mentioning in the daycare center video that you had not done retaining walls in a while and that you didn't really like it a lot doing them. Well, looks to me you started to like doing them after all because here you are at it again .... and the result looks great.
Those customers are going to be proud owners!!!! Maybe they will cook you and Mrs.Elite a burger? I saw smoke coming off that shovel, "way to git 'er done"....lol
Good to see you getting out of your machine and breaking a sweat again (like the old days). Cant have you getting all soft around the middle. Gotta keep up appearances for all your fans...especially your #1 fan 😘💗
Brandon, you really are an Army of one my friend. There's not very many people that could do this all by themselves, unless editing took care of the help..🤔 😂😂😂Jus kiddin ya my friend!!! GREAT work! They will love it. Can't wait to see the finished results buddy.
Surprised you didn’t have a water bottle IV in your arm. I was building a treehouse with my grandsons (in the shade). Only made it to 2 o’clock. It was right next to the pool and we whimped out. Not you. You worked right through it. Good foundation... it’s gonna look great.
I’ll have to go back and check. I think that patio was 12’x18’ and our material is by the ton or the yard. The rock was 6” thick I think over that area if that helps
@@eliteearthworksllc do add extra gravel so that when you compact the pavers is flushed with border? If so, how much more gravel or sand do you add? 1/4 inch?
to much hand work I was sweating just watching, lol. kidding bro, great work you are a hell of a hard worker the end result is fantastic. keep it up, love your go get it attitude.
Approximately how much did this raised patio cost you? I have a 10 x 10 wooden deck I’m trying to replace with either a paver patio or concrete. It’s about the same height of your patio, but I’ll have to butt it up against our homes foundation. I think this would be a cheaper option to go from what I’ve read, partly because I think I could do it myself.
@@eliteearthworksllc Ok maybe I didn't want to be as fast as I thought I did..I didn't realize there would be work involved, and i would hate to drive all that way and the handle not fit my hand..
We feel same way. Never a dull moment and always busy. We clear and chip house lot. Then excavate. Bring in one my box screeners. Run material on site thru. All loam. Then gravel from basement full basement here. All clean gravel tailings under for drivway base. Screened gravel for under slabs. We form and pour our own foundations. Septic. And water line then landscape. Do our own flat concrete work. Only thing we hire out is well drilling truck
Do you a website to get those retaining wall blocks? I went to HD and Menards can't seem to find them. Btw you did an amazing job, I'm planning to do the same thing too.
The retaining wall blocks came from a local company that makes them. The pavers were ordered from Home Depot. Thank you! I appreciate that and really enjoyed this project
@@eliteearthworksllc Thank you for the quick reply. I'm going to build a 16'×16' raised patio, should I slope the wall blocks to match the slope on paver patio or just the paver patio need a slope?
