It was part of a large collection of construction stuff we got from a former collector, we paid a few grand for a few hundred pieces, it's long sold now but it's a Conrad 1:50 scale sennebogen star lifter if that helps you find one

@@Truckerdoodf you’re interested in this type of model, then definitely consider the more modern models. The modern ones are significantly more detailed and offer far better functionality.

@@Truckerdood Since you’re probably based in the US. Weiss Brothers, 3000 toys, and DHS die cast would all be good options. The model review site Cranes etc has a more complete list for other regions in the world. In terms of models, I recommend that you start small as they are more affordable (US$150-200) and can still reach decent heights of around 1.2 m or 4ft. Some good cranes in that class are the Liebherr LTC 1050, LRT 1090, LTM 1090, LTM 1110, Tadano ATF 60, Demag AC 45, AC 4.080, AC 2.040. Of course if you have the budget then you can definitely get some enormous ones. NZG’s current flagship the LR 11000 has a maximum height out of the box of nearly 2.7 m or 9ft but that retails for US$1100.
