True visionary, I met him 2005 when we were implementing Microsoft Dynamics ERP for his business. The way Deep and Rajesh- then CFO handled the implementation was with clear vision for future. Deep was crystal clear where he wanted to take MMT to. They deserve all the success. Till today we use MMT sitting at home in Dubai for all our global travel
23k views on this video -> assuming just 10k people watched it -> assuming 5k people are interested in business -> assuming 1k people would think of starting the business -> assuming 100 people would start the business -> assuming 2-5 business succeed. These 2 - 5 businesses would end up employing many people. Just imagine what impact you are creating Raj on people's lives. Really loving your podcasts keep going.
Real fascinating job Raj, I watch almost all your videos. I like your passion and the deep probing questions you ask your amazing guests. So much to learn every day. All the Best and Keep Inspiring us!
As you discussed "specialisation", don't forget your channels theme. become the best yt channel for business podcast. most people who have subscribed to your channel love listening to business podcast. so, give people what they love not what you love. btw loved this podcast.
Hey Raj, one of the best podcasts watched so far. This video is in my wishlist since long time till the time it came. I knew I had to watch. My takeaways - Deep Kalra has understood the process where you need to passionate about whatever you wanna do in life which is big enough for yourself and think enough to succeed in areas be product, studies, reading, going into entrepreneurship etc. Let me know if this is correct or not. Happy to hear others jump in. But deep down you have to be honest with yourself day one. Otherwise what are we as people doing. Plus you need to gather experiences like go and travel and explore how beautiful places are. How technology is changing these days. How tech AI is coming and make it use to your case where you can be creative enough to stand out and make sure at the end it is providing you value plus it is also at the same time going to help others. 🥰 Absolutely loved your podcast. All. Thank you for sharing. Sorry couldn't resist.
Hey Raj, Keep bringing these amazing people you unlike other podcasts which only focus on celebrities and known faces and then trying to get controversial statements by rapid fires and stupid conversation plus also interrupting the speaker in between that is truly irritating to a viewer. What you are doing good. -relevant speakers -healthy conversation -relatable content What you can improve -take poll from audience and ask top asked questions -more insight on the soeaker path and values Good Luck
Finally Something useful Business and share market podcast Raj Sir we like Business Podcast only dont mix that with ghost , spirutual podcast like other and thats why i have subscribed and watch your videos 👍
You are doing a very good job . I have worked with MMT for 4 years and can tell you deep was the most respected person out there . And when deep mentioned couple of times to your questions that it’s a good point that you are making itself shows that raj you are doing a wonderful job as a contentpreneur . Well done Raj
Hi Raj! Amazing podcast - lots of learnings :) One tiny feedback: Can you also ask about and include a section on unit economics or the business model of every business leader you get on your podcast? Like what all is MMT into? Why did they venture out to include accomodations/hotel bookings? Did the unit economics make sense for them? If it didn't when they started, then what were the strategies undertaken to make it work? Not sure if my request is super clear but hope you got the gist, thank you so much!
Just letting the knowledge transfer sync in - May be comment in few days Hwr can't thank you enough for serving this readymade hands on experience to us literally free of cost...Appreciated 🙏💐
Great conversation Raj! I was pulled in to watch this scrolling through YT, hence great teaser too! Well done man. A final question you can ask the interviewee/guest (could possibly improvise this question) is: "What should the young entrepreneurs must do and what should they avoid at all costs while building their startup." Cheers to you and your team for putting out this gem of content!
I just love the interviews and I learn a lot from every single video of yours. Thankyou so much for working in such a great way. Please try to work on captions, as I read the captions I feel they are not 100% linked with the audio. ❤
In next conversation you can ask questions like 1. in early stage if we are feeling that things are getting out of control or we are not able to manage everything should we hire employees or get a new co-founder? 2. How equity should the splitted between co-founders ? 3. How to resolve co-founders conflict about finalising a decision and what if both are not agreeing on a single decision? 4. How to resolve co-founders conflict ? 5. After you on board a new co-founder in your team and now you realised he is not the right fit for your startup due to many reasons for eg. (Vision is not alligned, he don't wark hard enough etc) what can you do now ?
To be honest we use Blinkit almost thrice a week to get items for the kitchen or some other basic needs. It makes our life so easy. We don't mind paying some extra bucks for the delivery coz it saves a lot of time and effort.
Hey Raj I like your podcast very much, i think i almost watched all your podcast, thanks for making this. A small feedback, try to go more detail of industry in which guest belong. Generally people come not only for inspiration but for knowledge also.
Hi Raj, I'd like you to ask entrepreneur coming to podcasts that how much research is enough before starting any startup be it small or big. As we just keep thinking that its not enough whatever we know.
Amazing amazing video. You spoke about how we need different folks in different stages of our start up to help us with scaling. Could elaborate on how and from where to pool in these people? Thank you
Hii... I recently subscribed to your channel and have been listening to your podcasts almost every day. They provide a lot of valuable insights. You're truly inspiring. Could you please summarize, in one of your shows, a few key points for those who are planning to start their own business?
yet another awesome podcast onto your collection! but alas I don't or rather haven't used mmt ever bcoz 'skyscanner' is way better than mmt atleast for the flights!
@RAJ. Please try to take Mr.Arunkumar Jagatramka's interview. Chairman of Gujarat NRE coke and Director of 34 companies. Gold Medalist all INDIA C.A.rank 1.
Amazing show, very nice converstaions😍 As asked, so what you could have added is asking him about how did he started MMT insights of starting point like from where or what point of life how he started, process and also their another venture redbus how that came up from being already a brand MMT, those question if you could have asked it would have been much better to know the process, coz afterall those process that matters. I just felt it could have been more valuable by these few questions, just a feedback to get better🙌
Hey man, as you have very limited time with these guest i think you should try to ask more questions from business making pov , about their strategies, how they built their brand, their struggles and learnings ,how they are incorporating the new tech into system , how they perceive their competition and compete with them, rather than asking about their personal likes and dislikes ,eg.their fav airline/hotel etc. Dont get me wrong, hearing about their personal life is also entertaining but i think as entreprenuers we would like to know the businessman inside them more. Btw big fan of your work, really like your podcasts, keep it up & all the best !
Raj have a session for students of age 18 to 20 on how to think of market and the topic which should be disclosed is the students that are planning to move to abroad for studies
