I dig the turquoise.. everyone is doing it in the 1:1 world so why not. You finish looks great.. people underestimate the need to properly finish a body.
Awesome work once again my friend, I quite like the colour you used on the chassis. Interior looks amazing too. One of my favourite builds from you, well done 👍👍
Hey JH-Hobby! I'm a huge fan of your channel and many people including me look up to you as you easily inspire us. Although I have fell into some trouble, I am a rookie scale model builder and I'm still learning a lot of things, currently I am building a 1998 Subaru Impreza 22B STi (Tamiya Subaru Impreza WRC'99) As I bought this kit I have instantly fell in love with this car and now I absolutely adore it. I have not painted the body as it's already painted in the Subaru blue and it's shiny and looks really good, I was painting the window trims in black Tamiya Acrylic and I used electrical tape to mask the outside of the window trim (I didn't have masking tape at the moment) I masked it really accurately and I got to painting, I did 2 coats and let it dry, I peeled the tape off and to my surprise some of the black paint had leaked out of the window trim and went under the electrical tape, I asked my mother for help and she said she could clean the leaked paint that went out the window trim with acetone, the problem is that I'm scared that it might mess up the factory paint on the body, would it ruin the paint on the body? If yes then what would you advise me to do? Thank you so much JH-Hobby for being such a good RU-vidr and being such a role-model for scale model building! 😁
Hey man, thank you so much i really appreciate it!😁😁 for the issues u had is quite hard to fix, not too sure what type of acetone u guys had, some of them are too strong and might make the plastic hazzy and melt..maybe try on other parts 1st..my tip on solving this is try using a toothpick and scrap the excessive paints slowly..hopefully it will work
Thank you so much for the reply! I have had the idea of cutting off a bit of the sprue and my mother could try the acetone on the bit of sprue, although I will try your advice to try scape it off with a toothpick. Thank you so much, I will let you know of my results!
I want to say, this is the best so far, maybe because I love the RX-7, but this build is special. I would like to start this Hobby (cause the real cars are too expensive now ahahah) but I don't know how to start.
🤯🤯🤯🤯💯💯💯💯👌👌👌you do an epic job to detail keep up the great work !!! i just have to put the time and effort to start to build my model kits hard with a full time job 😥💯👎
@@JHHobby once budget permits, I will slowly build all the needed "equipment" and apply what I've seen you do. Thank you again and here's to more awesome builds!
Auto porn - 100%! 😍 As a decades long owner of Mazda RX-7’s I’d happily add this bad boy to my garage in real life! Keep these works of art coming. Love every project you do bro! 🤘🏻
That dark blue with the metal gray wheels... As always, your work looks amazing! Suggestion:I don't know if you know the youtube channel Crowned, but he makes breathtaking cinematic Need for Speed and Forza Horizon videos. I suggest cheking him out, because he is my number 1. guy for automotive eye-candy videos! Maybe his videos will give you ideas too! ;)
It looked great after the sanding/polishing but, did you notice that the roof looked very slightly pushed in??? It was as if some kid perhaps decided to jump or climb on the roof just before his dad caught him and beat his ass!!!
This amazing build has made me want to make this kit, and I was wondering: did you change the ride height, and is the exhaust custom? How did you get it? Thanks!
Hi JH-Hobby! Greetings from Colombia, I´m big fan of your channel. Quick question, I´m planning to restore a 1/24 Jada Toys Mazda RX7 but the side mirrors are missing, do you know where I can buy them? I would greetly appreciate if you can help me with this info. Thank you!
I have a question You use the super glue to put together the chassis parts? Cause i have the same model, but its my first time making one, so i dont know what to do
