Phenomenal training. Yup. Put all the contacting (with information) activity before the actual call for an appointment. Then on the actual prospecting call, it will be like you have already been on 5 dates or so.......with plenty of credibility, familiarity, and rapport already there. Much easier for them to say "Yes" then.
