I'm wondering how difficult it'd be to implement a "boost" system like an Armored Core, where the friction pads are temporarily switched to a low friction block (maybe skis?) And the mech is propelled by rocket thrust until its switched back to walk mode
That shouldnt be too bad considering doc's experience I would know bc i have some pretty logic heavy builds myself (that are half the size of doc's mech) Also a japanese trailmakers youtuber already made ACs with this exact feature u mentioned
I used the wheel turning device, which allowed for less logic gates and noise, but also made it much slower. If anyone wants to know how, it's in the workshop. Name: destruct-o-tron
