Oh and another takeaway, if you use a drone for commercial work, you need to be part107 certified. Commercial work includes social media like RU-vid if you plan to make an income off of that. I watched a video about this last May and then purchased the Part 107 Course sso.teachable.com/secure/2458... I studied and learned for 1 month and then took my test. I scored a 95%, which is a testament to how good Greg and the crew over there teach. That link will save you $100 off the course and support this channel.

Just stumbled across your channel today and I have to say i am impressed. I worked construction for years, my late great uncle and his son were general contractors. I did drywall/plaster work for several contractors in my area, there are entire housing developments that I have worked on every house in them. I've seen a LOT of houses being built/framed, many with much larger crews, but they didn't work as smoothly and efficiently as you guys do. Keep up the great work.

When I used to do concrete walls we would set up and pour pretty much every day, then strip in the morning, load ( by hand ) and on to the next job, a few years after I moved on to my own business all the poured wall crews went to crane trucks for loading and unloading.

Be a lot easier to get those stumps out if you dug out the roots and push the trees over first before you cut them off the stumps. I’ve taken out a lot of stumps bigger than those with a little cat 305 so I know you can do it with that one.

Would like to build a wooden framed House in the UK! Sadly they are classified as nonstandard construction in the main population areas or in the Countryside as restricted occupation normally 9 months of the year. ( Holiday Cabins). Standard construction is because House lenders don't like them and planning/ building control live in the past of red bricks!! Also, the planners look for historic legacy Buildings foundations or insist on building remains on incorporating the materials in the new building!! Removal of trees to build is a very volatile thing indeed. That's why we have a Housing shortage. Just very difficult to get a loan and permission.

When doing the rotation using the bucket, start at a 45 degree angle not 90. Is a lot smoother since the back of both tracks have some traction rather then just 1. 45 degrees is the best angle to do a pivot

Really enjoying the video. Being an old concrete, tradi myself , I’d like to offer a suggestion. It may work for you it may not. I started in highway concrete work, and it was imperative that you not break the top corners of the concrete. I say all that to say if you use that form breaking bar and put it underneath the form and leverage it upwards it will come out really easy. Anyway, maybe it’ll help. Thanks for sharing I’m now a subscriber. I enjoy all the work y’all do. Thanks a whole bunch.
