James - Can you add some water and maybe even some fish under the glass flooring in the living area? It would look so cool to see the fish underneath! 🐠🐡🐟🌊
you gotta have a pipe organ in the basement! it’s Sonny’s first love! Also love the level of blue! You can still tell it’s a significant color with the dark woods
Judith deserves her own room, maybe underneath in the vault? Make it super luxe with marble floors and such. It can be her secret space to go and relax surrounded by all of her possessions.
This island build is so island, it's honestly perfect. Since it's in Henford, though, maybe you could add an outdoorsy fireplace of some kind in the living room? Purely for the warmth and maybe some cozy vibes 😊
@@ManiKolexyeah it’s one of those little things the game doesn’t tell you, imho build mode and buy mode are the same thing because the game switches between these “two” and live mode, but somehow clicking on either the build icon or items icon on the bottom left changes your mode🥴😂
For the 3rd ep you should decorate/clutter the house more cuz i think it feels a bit empty. Definitely should rearrange the music room , and decorate the hallway, entryway, and the vault room! Cant wait for another episode of Tiny Town!
Thank you for this great episode! But poor Judith, she doesn't even like the island style decoration (she had a tense moodlet because of it)! I think she deserves to have at least one space just for her, just like the music studio for Sunny. She should have some fancy star lounge/ home cinema (something like what Semaj has, but FANCIER!) with lots of her pictures and trophees, either next to her vault underground or on top of the music studio.
This whole time James was talking about heating and he didn't put in a thermostat or a fire prevention system 😂 also I think the bathroom upstairs could use an angled bathtub and big window in front of it!
I agree that Judith should get a more relaxed, "retired to the island life" makeover, but should also get like a luxurious, extravagant walk-in closet and bathroom with a fancy tub, someplace for her to return to her old lifestyle for a bit... Also would like to see the music room look a little more "recording studio" ish?
Maybe make a roof deck on top of the music studio? Or like date dining space, then the weird shape won't matter for roofing and it can be something nice for Judith
The music studio can DEFINITELY get a makeover in the last episode. Make sure to get in some "soundproofing" panels. And if space allows, maybe make it a bit bigger...? Also, a CAS island makeover for Judith seems to be in order. ;P Edit to add: I like the amount of blue in the build. I don't think it needs more blue on the outside.
I feel like Judy needs an island make over!! She’s left her city life to become an island babe & I’m here for it. I think finishing touches on the vault & studio are the only build more changes that should be made!
I kinda wanna see James do a build for a spellcaster where you can only get around it by teleporting, like it's all floating platforms and gardens and stuff with no stairs! I guess it could also work for a vampire.
I think a fire/bbq pit would fit well next to the crossed palms, that's like the first thing Island living reminds me of! Also a little stairs so it could be possible to have a nice walk on the sand, just like Sonny had in his childhood room 😆Also remember you wanted some water under the glass panels, and Judy really needs something for herself in this build, like an island grotto/spa/vault thingy
I'd probably change the moat into being more of a "lake" or have most of the water under the deck area to make it seem a bit more like the Sulani builds that are on the edge of the beach.
loving this so far!! i think the upstairs bathroom should have the island living bath tub! it’d fit in perfectly there. also a little barbecue next to the outdoor table would be nice!
Building in the next lets play is going to be bliss after all the apartment building haha. Also the heaters from Dine Out could work in the living area outside
It would be nice if the town hall could be shifted forward a bit so it feels less squished behind it. Also we need a section with deeper water for sonny to swim in 🙏
have some area on the sand that sonney and judith can get off from the open porch. after all its an island. they should be able to sit/lay on the sand. 🌴
There’s a toilet, called Atlantis or Poseidon. Anyway, it hooks to the wall, and it has island living swatches. It’s the official toilet for Island Living.
Love the build! But think the living room needs more curtains to feel like a room, maybe the nice flowy ones (from Desert Luxe, was it?). And yes, definitely more subtle with the blue is better.
I love how you and Deli timed both your tiny town series, because you were beginning while Deli was ended. Now your Tiny Town is coming to a close in a couple of episodes and Deli's preparing for her next Tiny Town. Oh, will you be attempting Dr. Gluon's Rotten Berry challenge after your Tiny Town is finished and continue the Renrut name?
I really like the dark wood with the blue inside and as accents. 🏖For decorating Sonny's music room is there anything that looks like it could be album art perhaps? :|a I was gonna say what about a pet but would Sonny and Judith have? Fish maybe?
I'd almost want to swap the blue tree with one of the palms. Having the deck coming around it with all its lanterns would be really nice. I'd also consider some fun activities in the bedroom. Maybe even move the TV in there, so they have something to do when it's freezing cold outside in Henford on Bagley in the middle of winter and yeah as some one said some patio heaters and maybe the outdoor fireplace from Jungle Adventure would probably be lovely. Other than that, looks fantastic as usual.
This build has me desperate for an island holiday now! Could we squeeze in a destination wedding to Sulani for Sonny and Judith in their final episode?
I think the color of the house is great, but maybe we could do the lighter wood windows? The ones that match the columns? That would add some depth. It's lookin real good!!!
Sonny (and Judith) are owed more rebate money! The notification at the end mentions they earned an extra 10% back via the thrifty trait (which Judith got when you completed her aspiration midway thru the episode). They should've gotten 10k back!
Really really nice build! I love how it fits both of Sonny's island style and a little bit of Judith's luxurious style. I was hoping if you could please move the town hall a bit forward so the pathway in front of Sonny's house could be a bit more spacious? Just a suggestion! Looking forward to see more of Sonny and Judith in Sonny's next episode!
17:18 as someone who has lived in Hawaii and calls Guam home “indoor” living like that is 100% a thing. I was just looking at a house where the living room and kitchen were basically just like this. It was way out of my budget but still nice.
Things to do in the final Sunny episode: 1) get him the reward trait where he is never cold so he doesn't freeze to death in shorts lol 2) underground grotto with shark pond 3) Judy Island makeover 4) Island wedding 4) renovate the house to be up higher off the ground mostly so it gets more sun instead of being blocked by the town hall. look up houses on stilts in Florida
Please give Sonny a hot tub and water underneath the lounge space! Maybe some fish for his moat? The island ladders should be found in the same place as the normal ladders!
I definitely want to see some Island Living debug items! The coral reefs for example. And maybe add a sized down fishtank in the water. The ladder for the water is in transportation I believe
Love this build! I think it would be better suited to flip the lil deck lounge area with the big dining table. That way the dining is by the kitchen & the loungers face the same way the living room does 😊
I think next episode should focus on Sonny becoming a 5 star celebrity, as well as developing the story between him and Judith. As for the building, I really like the idea that the music studio is a combined acting-and-music-studio. Also Judith should definitely also have a make over, a luxurious underground space for herself and a painting in the town hall! Love this series, thank you James!!
I LOOOVE SONNY'S HOME!!! I want to spend a whole month vacationing there so bad (if it was actually in a tropical climate whahaha) or better yet live in it, blue's my favorite color🌞
Just an interesting thing about thatched roofing - Real thatch needs an incline of 45 degrees minimum, with 50-55 being preferred, to stop water leaks and rotting. However, synthetic thatch can manage a slope of about 9 degrees! 😮
It is not just Sonny’s house anymore. I think Judith’s personality and tastes must be taken into account too. It would be so cool if her touch would be represented in some glamorous 80’s vibes with bright colours, patterns and textures, bright paintings, lots of flower in vases, etc. Like in Apple’s Accopulco series if you have watched it.
For the home you could get a big aquarium with lots fish. You could also put fish under the glass floor so that you can watch the fish wile watching tv?
Things for the last episode: remember to add water under the glass floor; Judith needs her own painting; a music room makeover and do not forget outdoor heaters!
Judith needs her portrait added in the vault and of course at least one wine rack. What a great way for her to enjoy her success with down to earth Sunny
This house definitely needs a jet ski! I don't know why and I know it could only go like over maybe two meters of water, BUT it definitely needs one! Definitely :D
Crazy idea. I think Judith and Sonny should host a huge party. Either house warming or engagement party with celebrities. But I’m afraid the game will break haha
I love how creative this build is! It totally has that island vibe 🌴. Imagine if Judith had her own little beach cabana! Would be such a cute touch 🏖️. Can't wait to see how this all comes together! 😄
Hi James, You forgot to add the rest of the water under the glass flooring, also the subtleness of the blue is great as it is not too much remember the home is surrounded by crystal blue waters anyway so no need to add more. Thank you for the Video x
