Building another wooden box from a pallet 

Can't get much more basic than that. But you can't beat the price. A few dollars for hardware and you have a great little box. Thanks for Sharing.....

I love the fact that the box was built with nails and hammer as opposed to nail gun. I love the fact that the video was sped up. I love the fact that the box was made with scrap wood. Thanks for making this video for us.

I was there when my father lost a finger using an electric saw. The finger went into the air, and almost hit my 7 year old face. Lol, watching this, my heart was pounding.

Re: the box top. That center board is cup-warped. Way back in the 1970's, a guy chewed me out for using it the wrong way, concave side up. I saw that, saw you use it that way, saw the joint not line up- my heart stopped. It's your choice of course, but for the rest of the video, every time I saw that joint, it was all I could focus on. If rustic looking is what you wanted, that's ok, just my OCD kicking in. Thank you, Big Hippy Rod, for teaching me that way back then.

Diese Art zu sägen ist allerdings nicht für Musiker zu empfehlen! Aber eine tolle Idee altes Holz wieder zu verwenden. This way of using a circular saw is not recommended for musicians! Otherwise it‘s a good idea for reusing old wood.

finally a video making a simple box with no fancy doddily joints and stupid angled screw, and also hammering nails is the most satisfying thing you can do when wood working i don't get it why most western videos keeps using screws

Since subbing to your channel I have been going through your wood project videos when time permits. Making a box should be the first project every kid learns from his/her Dad or in shop class at school. Great video as always. There is another channel called DC Wood Fab Design hosted by Derek Conway. He uses the time-lapse video method like you. He creates some great stuff as well in case your interested.

Very simple way of making a box. But if it's just a box you're wanting and nothing fancy then why not. I'm just starting out with woodworking and so creating the lid this way was not something I'd have thought about so I thought quite clever. However, nailing against the table saw fence like that can't be good for it.

Very Rustic,but just a bit of sanding,just to make sure no splinters would catch someones fingers, I think would have finished nicely,but still liked it :-)
