But everybody is different. I went from 500mg a week had gained 20lb so I thought well I'll bump it up to 1g a week and I didnt gain anything from the increase in test just started to get bad sides. Went back down to around 600 to 700mg a week and sides went away and gained another 10lbs
I was 265 pounds with a lot of body fat and I came down to 155 and had loose skin. I managed to completely fix my legs by simply putting on more size in my quads and glutes. I also managed to add density to my waist to help fill out my lower abs and by this point I think it’s just fat left for me to diet off (I went up to 183 pounds not super out of shape). So hopefully after my first prep I’ll know if it really is filled out.
I suffer from chronic back pain from surgeries and nerve pain shooting down left leg. Any advice?? I use to be powerlifter with 700+ pound squat, deadlift and a 500lb bench. Raw lifter.. plus I unfortunately I had Achilles surgery to clean up scar tissue and doctor screwed up started operating on me thinking I was other patient and I ended up with extremely bad infection that got into blood and kidney and almost lost lower leg from infection had to go through more surgeries to fix but it took year and half away from gym..any advice would be appreciated, I’m 5’10” 275lb lifter I’m still around 275 and I still look like I lift but definitely not all muscle anymore lol,I’m only doing therapy style training 3 days a week, I did bench for first time in since surgery and I rep out 315 boy did that hurt lol thank you 🏋️♂️💪
MRitterH You can't measure arms through a video smart guy. Since you know so much about Dave, When you would measure his arms back in the day, what were the measurments?
I've felt my heart murmur .I've felt my heart suddenly start racing then stops I get a thumping feeling and it slows and Is irregular misses a beat then pounds then goes fast again ..all over a few secinds maybe 10seconds
richard ratner i was born with it..but anxiety makes it worse..so does high intensity cardio when I cool down..heart mumur runs in the family...grandad died suddenly from it at 43..
Gareth Llewellyn that is not a murmur. Murmurs can only be detected through listening to the heart. You are experiencing anxiety which may be caused by sudden drops in blood pressure.
Steve Wohlford it was diagnosed but I mean knowing it's there causes anxiety. .and obviously when my blood pressure climbs on eq or then I get way more conscious about it..
Steve Wohlford also family member just had pacemaker fitted.. can't remember exactly what was diagnosed but one part was contracting /pumping at half the rate of the other or valves not working in time ..
Football players and baseball players and professional wrestlers all go to the gym and train and watch their diet and supplement their nutrition and use bodybuilding drugs because they're training to play an actual sport. Just going to the gym and working out and paying attention to your diet and being conscience of how you look doesn't make working out a sport order bodybuilding a sport
ESFitnessSavage yeah, you're right. The collective effort to get to stage is the real sport of it. The competitive nature is what makes it a sport in the gym and during the diet. I think that was what Dave meant. On stage really is more pageant like.
