What part of Gambia is this and how much would a house of that size would cost curious minds would like to know I am moving to Gambia but I do not want a house with a whole bunch of stairs I just want one floor ranch style home is this possible to get built because that is what I would like

The finished turn key ready to move in cost of this 4 bedroom 2 story House is between $35,000 - $50,000 ...USD....With the Land?????....that can't be accurate????

It's a personal development in Bijilo. It's not TAF or global p.

@@Africa1000 It's a personal choice, i would not go with either of them but my circumstances are different: I don't have loads of money and I'm not totally new to construction.
