With all due respect sir, I've been following your videos for a while now but I've observed that most of the things you classified as waste of money in your own building project and therefore avoided them are the same things you're making your clients waste money on.. Isn't that a double standard? Both the dpm and the chemical serve the same purpose and therefore, choosing one of them would have been enough to reduce cost for your client.. Thanks
it could be that the client suggested or requested they do it that way. I don't think any contractor will be happy to see client's money to waste especially when they are very particular about their reputation.
If you've been watching and observing his videos , do you also listen to what he says ? He never did this for his own project from the foundation. I am sure the client will be very happy in the long term when there is no dump coming up from the foundation.
I am reading that you dont have any knowledge about building. So i wont make it to long. You have a view options and it is beter to do so much as possible if it comes to dpm. That the guy did not do it at his own house house is because he did not know the usefullnes en protection it gives your house on the long term. That he called it a waste of money was not smart and that you call it dubbele standaard because he is not making the same mistake for his clients is even dummer.
