the block laying isn't accurate, on building normally speed and accuracy are the principal keys but the speed depends on your money, the accuracy must be a must if you lay even a single block in order to achieve a fine work.
Approximately 12 weeks for the shell and core. Finishing and external works will take another 12 weeks. So you are looking at 6 months to move in. Thanks
