I just found your channel moments ago by doing a search and I must say, that wood work is the BEST I have seen in Ghana so far in the hundreds of videos I have watched. It looks organised and not some pieces of sticks thrown together. I am trying to see if Ghana builds roof like us in the Caribbean and I am seeing it is so different with all that space in the roof. I like to see exposed wood, but I don't see that, but your wood work looks organised. Boy that is scarry how dangerous those men risk their lives with how high the pitch is....
@@BuildingGhanasFuture can you recommend the companies name and number, please? I love their work and I will be building in Ghana, but I am taking down numbers, so that I will hit the ground running.
I am just finding your channel, The roof is absolutely lovely and yes costly. I really don't see many homes with walls surrounding the land. What area is this built in?
Not bad, not bad at all. It is good that you show appreciation to the workers, but I prefer to buy them food occasionally, rather than give them money. Giving money away like that gives them the false impression that Americans are rich and have endless supplies of money.
I used the same company in late 2021for my roofing work in Prampram. They did a great job, but unfortunately, the assurances given to me about the roofing material’s durability did not hold up to time. Most of the roofing has rusted within 2years of installation, and 6000$ out. Now, I need a new replacement. I have reached out to the company, and so far they've responded positively. I am hoping to work-out some solution with them soon. I was given a 50yr warranty and expected the material to at least last some 20yrs of it, due to its close proximity to the sea, but 2yrs!!! WTF! That said, my experience working with WT was very nice and professional. l would still recommend the Company for your roofing needs. Their material may be better suited for a non- coastal environment. All the best!
