Gh fame my question is you advice i do pop proper and forgetting this corner mould and screeding of the first floor? Secondly the dirty that came on ur earlier screeded and mould was it because you have not finished your roofing?
Yeah you have to do P.O.P rather than corner molds. And also if you’re not going to roof it now do the screeding before the P.O.P. The dirt that came earlier was because of the screeding because the mortar soak it, and also because i’ve not finish the roofing too.
GH please greetings, I have a one floor storey already roofed, so if do corner mould downstairs would it still get messy or you advice I do full pop regardless of whether my roofing is done or not? 3:52
@chudiabiah9037 if it’s roofed then you have no problem. The ceiling won’t be messy, u have nothing to worry about. If you’re on budget then you can simply do the corner molds but if only you have the funds then you can do the POP once and for all. But i noe if you do the corner molds one day u might like to do POP, so if u only u have the money then u should do the POP
That one was not a POP, they just apply the paint under the decking and did the corner molds. and since i did screeding on the decking it makes it looks messy and that’s why i decided to do it P.O.P now.. so it was not P.O.P before it was just a paint
Sorry but gypsum boards are more durable than pop. They last longer too and are better water resistant. A simple research online can help you understand the materials used in both and the advantages and disadvantages of both false ceilings. But plaster boards are the widely preferred around the world
