You are doing great. Graffiato is good but it can't stop dampness forever if the right things were not done properly from the beginning. Dampness is a big issue and stressful. Going forward, we need to do more research and find a lasting solution to it.

Thank you 😊... Yes your right about the dumbness... If you watch my previous videos, you will see that, I used chemicals with cement to replaster around the whole building before applying the Graffiato... so I hope this double protection will last for many many years 🙏 😅 maybe I will never see dumbness again...

You have really done well. I like your thought about longer term and value for money. Good you didn’t buy all these inferior sockets, lights and switches in Ghana. Always you using quality things. Well done ,am also building in Ghana ,how much did you pay for skimming and the grafiato paint ,my painter charge 5500 Ghana cedis for five bedroom ,just for the skimming not included the final paint and for the grafiato he changing 2500 for the house and fence wall . please want to know how you pay for workmanship.thanks

Hi, thanks for passing through... With the Graffiato it costed me 320ghc per 20 litre bucket 🪣 and that includes with the workmanship... mind u prices maybe very now, as prices are not stable... you can reach me on WhatsApp for more tips on the Graffiato... Details at the description. Thx

Thanks for your opinion.... But I will disagree 🙂... The Graffiato paint works fine and protects the building from damps and mould... it's best tested and works well... I believe there's always a way out of a box 📦... thanks...
