Kojo that is one of the best advice that you can give them so the trees can keep the place cool the majority of these estates don't do that they have no ideas about land scraping also the trees will hold the soil together and retain water also

@@kojoblk I purchased land close by.. there was a problem with the chief and the developer Milestone.. i got back my money..but i want to know if this developer having the same problem with the chief or its a different chief. I really like the area and i am interested but the cheif thing man not good. I am not a Ghanaian i tried google to find who is the chief.
