Thank you Angela, that was really helpful. I agree about the smoothies and salads - I need to change to warm cooked foods I think. Will try out your green soup. Also, wondering if you have any videos on sleep? I wake up at 4am every morning and cant get back to sleep until after 6am or 7am when I should be getting up for work! Its soo annoying. Do you know why this happens?

Angela, can you please speak to the women who are post menopausal who have to be caregivers to their spouse? There are many of us out here who are being called upon to care for our loved ones alone. How can we keep ourselves from burn out while still giving care to our loved ones with great needs? This is also part of this time in our story if we are blessed enough to have a long term relationship and still have our partner. Thank you in advance.❤
