I would love to come for a week retreat experiencing your diet and lifestyle and see how my body reacts to it and how I feel! Maybe an idea for your to organize something like this? I bet there would be a LOT of people interested in this! ❤
I admire you so much Kristina. I've been following you it's been 10 years already and the admiration never went away. Thank you for being such an inspiration!
I appreciate your balanced approach to staying healthy. Taking care of your mental health is so important, and you do such a beautiful job of sharing your life and insights. ❤
Its really wonderful to hear you are thriving so well Kristina!! it's really inspiring me to keep treating myself to more and more local raw foods!! I hope everyone gets a chance to put your enlivening diet plans into their life at some point!! Keep up the great work!!
@MdoubleHB7 , lol you're really triggered off of this.. expecting everyone to be the same exact reason of being Vegan. Imagine someone being so black and white and not able to think critically. Insane to the highest level 🤣
Love you so much, Kristina! You are an inspiration to me and has been for so many years. You have been one of the biggest influence in my life for my change. God bless you! 💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚
Is it OK if I take a vacation from my mom life (stress, bad eating, not sleeping and never having time to work out) and just transport my consciousness into your body and live your life for just a day. A day would be enough. That's all I ask. Thank you. ❤
Hi there,Kristina You look amazing, more power to you ! The other day I posted on one of your videos how I haven’t seen your videos in a long time. I used to watch your channel a lot about eight years ago. You were one of my inspirations on my vegan journey. Watching one of your videos, you convince me to get a Nama C2 Juicer + Blender 😁 I’m about to unbox today. I’m so excited! Once again, thanks for you being who you are, such an inspiration. Love, from The Bronx, New York
Kristina is have been following you for a while now and it has been so inspiring to watch your journey! You are so TRUE to who you are and to me that is what this journey is all about! Thank you for sharing your journey! I have been raw for 2 yrs now i have been lifting heavy for 8 yrs and it definitely makes a difference i would like to to ask what sources of raw proteins do you feel have really made difference for you and do you feel the adding creatine has really helped to cut and lean you out? I would love to hear more about how you have implemented creatine and your go to high protein raw meals that really help. 🙏🏾
Hi Kristina. I've been going for a walk in nature all week and have not seen great results in my body. I notice i see better results when im consistent with my yoga, pilates and sculpt workouts.
Walking is good for the heart but won’t help you build muscle or give you much definition. You’ll need to add resistance or mix it up with other workouts. 🙏🏽
Jusing and access to rich in minerals and fresh picked veggies is the way to go. No behind desk or inside jobs...sun water ☀️🌱🥦🥑🍄 beautiful weather ..hmmm Exercises. .
Love it! I can really recommend the podcast Fit Body Happy Joints by Dr. Shannon Ritchey for advice on building muscle injury-free long-term (like, into old age). Movement is always great, but when it comes to building muscle specifically, it's important to base our recommendations on science. So I wanted to address some things: Doing sculpt classes with light weights for dozens of reps is likely not a big contributor to muscle growth. Lifting a weight that brings us close to failure within 30 reps (max) will be more efficient, anything beyond that makes you feel a "burn", which can feel like something's happening, but is rather misleading. Soreness and sweat are NOT good indicators of a good workout! A misconception based on this perception, however, is that it's helpful to switch things up. Doing new movements makes us feel sore, but is actually discouraged for muscle gain because the latter requires consistent, progressive overload - so no excessive switching it up! If we want to get good (strong) at anything, we have to repeat it often. All in all, here are the top three tips I've found in my research on achieving hypertrophy: 1. Lifting heavy for 10-15 sets per muscle group per week (that means going to the gym 3-5 times - but these can be rather short, efficient sessions, no need to spend hours!) 2. Eating sufficient protein (the building blocks of muscle), about 1-2g per kg of (ideal) bodyweight (that is, no need to overdo when one is overweight). Protein powders really help with this, like Kristina shares! 3. Sleep. Muscle is built while resting. If getting "toned" (trendy word for losing body fat and having muscle underneath to show) is your goal, studies have also shown that simply sleeping enough increases the amount of weight lost from fat as opposed to lean mass, which is definitely to be preferred for body recomposition. And finally, it is SO IMPORTANT to debunk the myth that eating late is somehow bad for muscle gain or weight loss!! What matters is how much calories we eat versus burn over the ENTIRE day. So the only thing to consider in terms of food timing before bed is to make sure that you don't eat so much that it makes sleeping uncomfortable. If you really want to optimize for muscle growth, you wouldn't want to eat too early either and make sure that you eat plenty of protein in your dinner so that that is digested throughout the evening and made available during recovery as you sleep. Long comment, but I hope it was valuable :) I will share more about this journey on @disorderedeatingnomore on Instagram and share fruit platters + my journey on waking up from the water fasting craze on @fruitariane. 💛
Hello my girl Thank you you are a real source of joy and healthy energy Thanks to the work out xe to the juices obtained with the Nama Juicer , a dear hug 💞🥰🥰 From Antonella
Hi Kristina you look amazing! I have just one question: Dr Greger says it’s better to restrict protein for longevity.. what do you think? Also..tips to eliminate cellulite?
Hi Christina, thanks for the video. I wanted to ask you do you eat before training? I also work out and the pilates teacher said that you should eat something small before the workout so that the body has something to work on. Is this true and what do you recommend to do? Thank you
Carbohydrates are so important for muscle growth, they help with being strong in the gym, muscle recovery and sustaining muscle as sugar is muscle sparring, Carbs FTW!! 💪💪💪
Kristina, you are truly beautiful inside & out & you show this with such poise in all that you do. Thank you for allowing us to see how lovely this life you have fabricated for yourself really is, such a blessing.💕 Question for you... Your beautiful hair is amazing, what shampoo/conditioner products do you use? I also have long hair & I'm looking for toxin free products. Thanks & have a blessed day!🍉🍍🌞

Jah & Jahes love Kristina. This was an incredible video. I love your new workout routine that you adopted these past few years. Please, can you tell me how to make a smoothie bowl without frozen fruit? does it have to be frozen fruit? To eat like that with a spoon..? Should I put less liquid and fruit that is not frozen and that's it? Best regards!
