There could be a couple reasons for this. Just how your personal body works Your stomach empties too fast (dumping syndrome) Stomach ulcer (high acidic juices would make you feel this more) Gastritis And a couple other reasons that I cant remember right now. Smoothies may be an option as Kristina mentioned.

You can use The Chronometer to keep track of your daily calorie intake. And, that will show you how much to consume. You're supposed to eat up to 2500 calories a day.

Hello Cristina, I was hoping you can help me, I want to get my partner into Juicing with me but they have VERY sensitive tastebuds, do you have an idea how I can hide things Like Ginger Tumeric and Beetroot? These tastes are very strong and I don't know how to make it palatable for them

Why would anyone want to juice potatoes? The only potatoes that can be eaten raw are sweet potatoes. But I prefer eating butternut squash raw, it's softer and digests faster.
@@cel4lyf Someone I know did it and she tried to get me to do it too. It' increases libido. Kristina said not to though. It's probably best to put it in the dehydrator.

If you drink just fruit juice and you're hypoglycemic (low), juice is going to spike your blood sugar and then crash. I'd add fats like fresh coconut cream or cashew milk to your juice to keep stabilized.
Any green juice not fruit juice. because of the sugars in fruit. After you get to ideal weight and health you can add minimal fruit to the green juices but better to eat it rather than juice it.
