Overcharged egg has added a very large waste processing facility in the capital, so you don't have to build a landfill and incinerator yourself, just build a waste transfer facility.

About the water pipes under the river: My dad is actually a hydraulic engineer and he once told me that's quite a common thing. Because of the higher pressure at the lower part under the river the water is just pushed through as if it was a flat pipe.

I would have put the water treatment between the highway and the rr tracks. That peninsula is prime real estate.

Hey, about the density at the river borders, the more you get out of the river the higher the building would get in RL, so, you could zone high density along the river with the high rise ban policy and then, along the road zone the normal high rise thats bcs riverside soil usualy is not suitable for big foundations for high rise buildings

"I'm not sure how pipes go under rivers..." If there's a nearby bridge, pipes - be it electricity, fresh or sewage water - will be attached to it. You might even see it standing under or besides such bridges IRL.

I think a large industrial park might be warranted in the desert area because it is still close enough to the river to get water but the land would be fairly undesirable for other uses.

Hmm looking at it it’s look like there is a problem with the unique building what maybe aren’t unlocked for everyone I can see that a lot of building have gone lost build a few episodes ago did some forgot to get a mod what unlocks all unique buildings otherwise it will be impossible to build unique building because not everyone has them unlocked as they are account bound not save game
