Excellent ! This summarizes my understanding of how to manage a team to bring out the best in all and create a welcoming business environment for customers also. Without becoming over involved, checking in and giving all staff members opportunities to be heard ( during tough times esp), will aid in avoiding incorrect assumptions and increase everyone's sense of being valued / respected.
