Our house is in gujarat ahmedabad, under redevelopment. Buiilder is not giving possession. House is not ready as promised bu April-23. Nor is he paying rent. So RERA can help us in this?

Hello Sir, my society has 10 houses and our builder of the society also lives in 1 of the houses. He has 4 cars and parks his 2 cars in common area of the housing society. Whenever any other resident of society parks their car in that spot, he says “This is My spot, nobody should park this car in My spot”. I told him that it is not his permanent parking spot and any member of the society can park his car there on a first come first serve basis. But he still insists on parking only his car there and would send either someone or come himself to our house if we park the car in those 2 spots which are actually reserved for everyone and not just him. So what should I do in this situation?
Hamara pagdi ki building me 1 ghar he jo redevelopment me jane wala he....ab hamara ghar aur 3-4 aur logo ka ghar 280/square feet he aur baki logo ka ghar 150 square feet he...par builder sab ko 430 square feet hi offer kar raha he to kya ye sahi he ya hum 4-5 ghar walo ko zyada area milna chahiye????

Mhada certify tenant list and registration, stamp duty,without certfy list registration related viideo banate pls bayut jada problem hai ,builder aur society milke kam kiya hai contract registration nahi pacrking ,corpos fund maintainace ka kuch bhi jankari nahi hai , mhada, bmc bhi support nahi kar pate tenant/occupant ka problem samaz ke video banaye pls thank u
