Well bitumen acts like a glue for agregate together with filler materials, this synthetic form of asphalt seems to not use aggregate.

In Farm Magazine there is a liquid that when added to dirt on farm roads causes it to harden like concrete. Maybe this could be added as a spray after or during compaction.

Steel fibers have been used for years but never heard of recycle tire fibers. btw not many roads are not concrete most are asphalt. At least in the U.S.A. They have been using the rubber in asphalt though.

We have one of these roads in the US, it's on fire and smoke literally 24 hours a day made from recycled tires. The metal rubs together from cars running over it and the rubber burns from the friction. Build an actual road see what happens.

@jujitsuman68 yeah yeah, Garfield Country Washington State, look it up. The steel belts on the tires rub together as cars pass over the road, together with the tire material as fuel, the road smolders
