Building the ENTIRE Harry Potter Hogwarts Icons LEGO Set | Time-lapse & Review 

This is how it started for me. Wasn’t a Lego person but was looking for something fun to do as a little break from studying in college. Found a little 3-in-1 creator set of a car and put that together. Fast forward seven years and now I have over 16 sets including the Disney castle and need to put more shelving in my room to fit them all! It’s a dangerous path!! This looks amazing though! I haven’t bought any of the Harry Potter sets but Hogwarts Castle and Diagon Alley almost became impulse buys when they first came out 🤣

This Hedwig is so much better than the stand alone Hedwig LEGO released earlier. This set is insanely beautiful. 😍

I do not do Legos, but this Hedwig is a stunning piece. I love the golden snitch and chocolate frog! Hedwigs are so realistic.....its scary! But in a good way. Thank you for taking the time to assemble her for us to see!

Ingenious is the word to describe this! The final result is amazing. So full of details. I loved that Bird came to say "hi" to Hedwig. So cute!

This is so cool, ah $249 usd - makes sense! I don't even have legos but this is such a good set! Love how hedwig is on Tom Riddle's diary and the set up - wow you get so much! A snitch and potions! Thank you for sharing :) - the magicians was marketed as the darker grown up Harry Potter - the books are good!

You should do more of the the harry potter lego sets. I've always wanted to see how these are built and think it's so fascinating to watch the process. Plus you could do giveaways if you don't wish to keep the sets. I know ppl wouldn't care that they were previously built. Just an idea 😊

I wasn't a Lego person until i had a Lego Hedwig for Christmas. it took me 4 days till completed and I got to admit i really loved doing it and i was really impressed. I love harry potter so much.

I bought this for myself for Christmas (I'm eyeing it under the tree and can't wait)! :D I do LEGO occasionally but not too often (where would I put them all?!) but the designs are always rather wonderful. Since this is the first time I've seen your pet, here is an important question: did you get him/her from the Magical Menagerie and are you allowed to bring him/her to Hogwarts? ;P

I have done so many. I love them. I have never done lego’s before. I am 53 and a Potter collector. I read the first book in 1994 and fell in love with the whole magical world by chapter 2.

As someone who loves Legos and loves building Lego it was really fun watching someone who isn't a huge Lego fan build this masterpiece. I really wish I could get this set but unfortunately $130 is my limit for spending on Lego usually (except I do have 1 set that was more than that but it took me 2 years to get it). I am gonna suggest the Diagon Alley set next (when it comes back in stock). It is also a beautiful display model.

Timelapsing lego builds are my fav! Great build too. I love this piece.

Lego is simply one of my favorite things of all time since I was a little kid. This was so much fun to watch you build, Peter! 🔥 Start getting the Hogwarts sets! They’re super fun and have all kinds of neat little Easter eggs in them! And they’re all modular so they clip together in any fashion you so choose to put them in.

So wonderful and magical! 😍 I think my most fave parts in that set are the golden snitch and the potions! And the scarf of course. Hooray, Slytherin! 🐍💚

As a lego person myself, I would really recommend the LEGO Harry Potter Diagon Alley set. It is very surprisingly accurate and although it has a ton of bags and pieces, each building is separated into bags and has their own instruction manuals. It's not as intricate and quite frankly hard as this one is. It's a pretty fun set to check out. It has Weasley's Wizard Wheezes, Quality Quidditch supplies, the Daily Prophet Shop, Ollivanders, Flourish and Blotts, Scribbulus, and Florean Fortescue's Ice Cream Parlour.

OMG what a great Lego Hedwig. Ten hours well spent!!. Congratulations Peter on completing such a massive Lego project.

Your bird is so cute. We had two of them cockatiels when I was a child. George and spike, George could talk aswell.

I have collected several Harry Potter Lego sets and always enjoy putting them together! Usually while watching one of the movies too. There are 4 sets in particular that are the classrooms but they each fit inside a book, then they all go together to look really cool on a shelf! I have several others like random parts of Hogwarts castle and Hagrid's Hut. I had to have the Lego Buckbeak! My favorite is probably the chess set though! My brother and I use it frequently to play chess and Ron can sit on the knight piece! I also have a Lego Severus Snape keychain on my keys that goes everywhere with me.

Man, I love this LEGO. I am a huge LEGO fan, and this is just gorgeous. Can't afford it though, so thanks for putting it together and showing us what it looks like built!! So cool!

As a fellow Lego Harry Potter fan, I really like this set. In the Lego Star Wars lines there a collector series sets. This is essentially the 3rd one of those, with Diagon Alley and Hogwarts being the others. It’s a great set!!!!

I got this Set (76391) back in February 2023. Before making the purchase, I was deciding between this one and Set 71043 Hogwarts Castle [1]. Ultimately I chose Set 76391 for its iconic and very visually impactful silhouette (there's no mistaken what IP the snowy owl, golden winged ball, and wand are from, even for non-Wizarding World fans) and relatively modest 2D footprint. Before this purchase, my LEGO purchases, dating back all the way to the early 2000s, had been a Technic vehicle every several years. With the increasing sophistication of LEGO's licensed IP sets however, I jumped in with this amazing Hedwig set! Since then, I've also purchased the Ravenclaw and Slytherin House Banners (76411 and 76410), Hogwarts Magical Trunk (76399), and the smaller Hedwig released in 2020 (75979). Coming September 1, I'll also be getting Set 76419 Hogwarts Castle and Grounds [1]! *Footnote* [1] I'm so glad that I didn't get 71043. Not that it isn't gorgeous to look at, but its massive 2D footprint and, more importantly, only a partial build of the castle, made me decide against purchasing it. Now, with the upcoming Set 76419, it solves all 2 problems! It only has a 35.2×25.6 cm 2D footprint and contains all (I think maybe not the Clocktower introduced in the PoA film) parts of the castle! It's just a display piece and I'm completely fine with that.

Oh man, I'm super jelly! I am a lego person! I even have some of the old school 2001 Harry Potter legos(as welll as other legos that date back to 1985). This is on my wish list. It is stunnning!!! I'm glad you were able to review this. It was so much better seeing a review from a Harry Potter fan that's not a lego person than one from a Lego person that's not a Harry Potter fan. Hopefully that makes sense.

I love Lego. It became a hobby of mine earlier this year. This set is on my wanted list. I highly recommend the Hogwarts Castle and Diagon Alley sets. I have both of these sets and they are excellent builds.
