Yes, a very important process. Need to follow up with my notaire about the titre foncier. It takes forever at cadastre. I know where to find you. Hope to see you back here soon. Blessings!

@@AyiviTV Big mistake bro!!! Before, i started building on my land, i made sure i got the title = 'titre foncier' first which took forever, but better be safe than sorry.

Hi there, understood. No worries at this time. The guys from Direction des Affaire Domaniales et Cadastre [DADC] came to do their survey.. I have it on video and on YT. It can be watched in the new offices next to the US Embassy. I actually got a permis de construire in my name with paperwork from cadastre. I get your point, we are in Togo. Everything under the sun is possible. If for some unforeseen reason I need to talk to Faure, I'll do just that. Thanks for the heads up bro!!
