This model of the Mallard is a fantastic brass and cast metal kit and nothing like partwork kits of today where all parts are pre formed and all screw together.
I am dusting off an old Hachette partwork, unfortunately it is no longer available for purchase but a similar kit is available from DJH Models bit.ly/djhmallard
