@@randomdudecommenting6817 What about Niko at RB, I think he's better than Hiori, great passing and reading of the game, also experienced more, bigger range of passing, Reo might play in LB or CDM as well for the similar reason, his reading of the game and passing range, also versatility. Tokimitsu probably will play instead of Raichi in the team you mentioned.

If you look at any other team in the NEL, blue lock strikers gotta contend with each other for the goals while Uber's formation tevolves around Barou with him being the only forward. Hot take but I think Barou is slightly overrated.

Here's my theory regarding the Japan squad for the upcoming U-20 WC: Instead of having 23 players I'm guessing there will be 26 players instead for the national teams that will play in the U-20 WC. This mirrors the 26 men squad in the Euro 2020 and WC 2022 in real life. This is basically what I believe one of the few things Buratsuta proposed to the PIFA president in their meeting. With this Sae can join the squad without sacrificing anyone who makes the top 23 spots in the NEL, as it would be unfair narratively. Aside from Sae, the other 2 additional players will be Jin Kiyora and Gen Fukaku or Gurimu Igarashi as they most likely won't make the top 23 spots in the NEL but Ego likes them enough to give them the call up to make up the final 26 men squad. Bonus: Here's who I think will be in the Japan National Team squad (and my prediction for their squad numbers): 1. Gin Gagamaru 2. Oliver Aiku (C) 3. Jyubei Aryu 4. Hyoma Chigiri 5. Ikki Niko 6. Tabito Karasu 7. Seishiro Nagi 8. Meguru Bachira 9. Rin Itoshi 10. Sae Itoshi 11. Yoichi Isagi 12. Eita Otoya 13. Shoei Barou 14. Reo Mikage 15. Kenyu Yukimiya 16. Ranze Kurona 17. Nijiro Nanase 18. Shuto Sendou 19. Ryusei Shidou 20. Aoshi Tokimitsu 21. Tsurugi Zantetsu 22. Jingo Raichi 23. Yo Hiori 24. Gen Fukaku or Gurimu Igarashi 25. Rensuke Kunigami 26. Jin Kiyora If you ask me who I think will be the starting eleven, it will be those with the squad numbers 1 - 11. I'll go with the 3-5-2 formation: GK: Gagamaru (backup: Fukaku) RCB: Aiku CB: Niko LCB: Aryu DM: Karasu (backups: Tokimitsu & Raichi) RWB: Bachira (backups: Zantetsu & Kurona) RCM/RAM: Nagi (backups: Hiori & Otoya) LCM/LAM: Sae (backups: Reo & Nanase) LWB: Chigiri (backups: Yukimiya & Kiyora) Right sided ST: Isagi (backups: Barou & Kunigami) Left sided ST: Rin (backups: Shidou & Sendou) The centerbacks don't have backups or subs, because Blue Lock barely puts any emphasis or focus on the defensive side, so there's not much option to choose. If push comes to shove I believe Tokimitsu, Raichi or even Reo can be deployed to play in that position. They most likely will rotate the squad quite a lot during the tournament, depending on the opponents.

Honestly I really like this lineup but personally I'd make one change which would be the front 3 formation. Instead of wingers i was thinking that they could go with two ST/CF and one SS/CAM. The two ST/CF would be a little bit more spaced from each other than your usual 2 cf formation but not enough to be wingers while the SS/CAM would be in the middle but behind the two ST/CF in formation, creating a triangle. And using your lineup, obviously Isagi will be the SS/CAM with Nagi being his substitute. The formation would basically be a 4 - 3 - 1 - 2.

This is honestly the best lineup video I've ever seen, however i have one issue. I don't believe sae will play, he's shown disinterest before and hes rins objective, so imo it wouldnt make sense for them to both be on the same team. Sendou is also a relatively decent player who can link up with barou well as a omf.

id replace shidou with barou cuz we have seen sae X shidou and know its limits but imagine barou X sae. sae's perfect playstyle with barou straight up impossible to predict playstyle like one second hes linking up with sae and then he completely dissapears from everyones vision and when the team is in a tight spot he runs in and scores outta nowhere. if Sae can link up with shidou and make him score goals, barou with force sae to evolve to link up with him

I would go for a 4-1-3-2 formation blue lock strength is in that midfield and I want to crowd that MF Cb: Aryu and Aiku Lb & RB: Chigiri and Hiori (Hiori will play like Trent Arnold) DMF: Karasu CAM: Isagi LM: Bachira RM: Sae (i didnt put him on CAM because he has better dribbling than isagi he can spread out and cross better) RS: Shidou LS: Rin This line up is very good however i got another one

I want to see Sendou (SS), Nishioaka (CM) and Zantetsu (LB). The CF situation is weird, too many options with different playstyles. - Isagi False 9 - Nagi, Shidou: Target man (Tall, physical, great ball control) - Barou: Pure CF, can play LW with his dribbling - Rin: "another isagi", False 9 but also works as a CF If Sae joins I wonder if he gets to chose who the attackers are.

love the vid and ur analysis. i would argue your placement of Otoya as LB or RB over Hiori, since it feels like overall Hiori is a top 5 player and would be a waste to not have him in the starting lineup. Also, it feels like Sendou would move on because he scored a goal and players like Hiori before who cooked the enemy team and assisted in a super goal got 20 million with Sendou being 37 million. It is strange because whoever gets top bid supposedly is guaranteed spot as striker ruining this formation since Rin and Isagi are both in competition.

Decent line up i would argue that Sae will not be on the U-20 because Sae still wants to see how Japan grows. I also don’t think Ego will renege on his statement for selecting 23 from the NEL. I also don’t think Otoya would start. He has no defensive feats.

I shouldn't be surprised, but my team is very similar (I forgot about Sae though): Team (explained below) Gk: Gagamaru Lb: Chigiri Cb: Aiku Cb: Aryu Rb: Zantetsu Cdm: Tokimitsu Lw: Yukimiya Cam: Rin Cam: Barou Rw: Bachira St: Shidou Subs Gk: Fukaku Fb: Neru (Speed/Defense) Cb: Raichi (Relentless) Cdm: Hiori (Passing upfield) Cam: Isagi (Late game clutch) Wing: Otoya (Same as acelock) St: Nagi (Target man) Reserves Cb: Niko (Meta V) Cdm: Karasu (Same as vid) Cam: Reo (Attacking playmaker) St: Kungami (Beast) Gagamaru, Aiku, Aryu obvious Zantesu is basically Chigiri on the right, Tokimitsu to boost defense and link with Rin Yukimiya has the speed, dribbling and gyro shot Rin can shoot distance and playmake Barou likes to prowl behind the target man to score "villain" goals Bachira obvious Shidou scores pretty much anything in the box Most of my subs fill similar roles except Hiori into cdm which makes the team more attacking, as he's purely a playmaker for me

My hot take is that sae is playing for spain and shidou follows him there so i think nagi would be top striker here (i dont believe hes actually dead now) and for playmaker reo. And for some reasons i think if isagi wins against rin the nel match rin is gonna go to another land and play there caus he wants to destroy sae and isagi in the u20 world cup, if rin wins then not but its a realy weird got take

15:50 Nah, Imma hard disagree with you on that one, I could already see Tokimitsu being dropped, Sendou stays I promise, even with just 1 goal in the NEL is impressive, lots of others can't even do so, and the reason I say this is becuase Tokimitsu isn't even useful to Rin anymore, let alone Charles or Sae. Nanase has been Rin's passing option and doesn't even considers Tokimitsu's existence on offense, and Nanase stating he's a post player is hinting that he might have similar physical specs to that of Raichi and Tokimitsu. So yeah, sub in Raichi and put Sendou on the bench while having Tokimitsu "Locked Off"
