The amount of work that went into this car was staggering. Don't think I ever realized just how much detail was put into this build. No wonder it was such a difficult one to let go. Can't wait to see the future builds!

You live the life I can only dream of. I just turned 30, thinking life is hopeless. Tired of what I do and who I am. There’s an Evo 9 I stumbled upon in the craziest way. I’m in Canada so they are even more rare here. One of my bucket list cars and it’s been sitting in a sea crate abandoned by the owner not even a couple houses down from me. That’s how I found this video and your channel. I am going to work every damn day moving toward to my dreams, even if it’s a fraction of what you do daily. Graphic design and all. Took me 30 hard years but I’ve finally figured out what I want out of life instead of thinking I didn’t want it at all. Sorry to go all mental health on you guys but you are a true inspiration. Man I miss this car so much, this is the car that inspired me to get my own Evo 8 a few weeks ago. The level you went to with this build is unlike any I've seen, you should be so proud of yourself! Cannot wait to see what's next Devin.
99% my favorite car build, would be 100% if it was an Evo X. To see every part taken down cleaned and coated, Knowing the whole car is 100. Bro please do this again!

Even if you think you understand how much work was put into this, you still don’t understand. The attention to detail on pressing out every last bushing, gutting the t case & rear diff for sand blasting, building the tits out of that 4G, painting the block & powder/cerakote coating every part in that engine bay. Painting the engine bay & undercoating/ painting the entire underside of the car. I don’t need to explain the whole video in 1 comment but dude. You are an insane role model for so many enthusiasts out there, just based off your damn work ethic. I work my ass off every day to make videos & build cars & I’m only almost at 2k subs. I can honestly say it’s going to take a lonnnnggg time to get to this level if I even ever do. Crazy to see how far you’ve come in such a fast timeframe. Hate to see this car go. But this evo 4 is gonna be nuts 🤙🏼

Amazing tribute to an amazing build, was definitely one of my favorites . In dedication to blue you should build the black 8 as a killer alongside the STI track build but as a street able option as well.

Insane! Been following you for years now. Ended up buying an Evo 6 4 years ago and your rebuild videos inspired me to buy an Evo 4 3 months ago and do a complete rebuild hopefully to the same standard as the Evo in this video.
I really like how Devin didn't leave anything be he completely resort that car, it was one of my favorite build's on the channel, I really can't wait to see what he's going to do with Evo 4 😊
