I plan on this build to be one of the fastest 100cc 2 Stroke Engines (WITHOUT NITROUS). I will be modifying the engine more in the future, but i just wanted to get a start on it now. 👍

Try swapping a scooter top end if you really want to push it. They're much better designed.

If your air filter restricts flow so much that its noticeable better without one, you nees to clean it or get a better one. Its there for more than filtering the air.

Reeds are stupid cheap for those and will give you the biggest power increase along with a thin base gasket if you don't do a high comp head. Imo those Chinese engines just vibrate themselves to death. Cy gp460 engines are good for the money but you need a decent amount of ability to fab mounts and source some parts to make it work

Arrow faces intake, by the way. You didn't use enough lube either. And a way to get the magnet bolts off is vice scipts. Get an amazon delorto carb for a tomos moped And always use an air filter. You will run your engine lean and overheat it Also, make sure to get a spark plug gap tool and always gap your plugs

Most people point the arrow towards the exhaust. I will have to try vice scripts (thanks for the info btw 👍), I tried lubing the engine quite a bit I will lube it more when I mess with it more. 👍 I usually use a gap tool for the spark plug but I just couldn't find it 🤣

Wrong, arrow is supposed to face the exhaust. Aka the ring gaps/pins facing the intake. You shouldn't go by the arrow anyway, they could be stamped in the wrong spot.

@@trentbikes nope arrow faces intake if it has a window on the cylinder skirt.
