Have you considered book matching and bonding together the king planks ? I bet having a bonded together with biscuits king planks would make the center stay looking symmetrical. But the boat looks awesome so far, here's to hoping we have a long Indian summer so you can splash her down
Whoa!!!! What happened? I went to grab a beer and the video was over.... Just kidding, Josh. That cutwater looks great. I'm excited to see the deck planking go on and then the final finish. Though I'm excited to see the boat come together, I'm kinda sad as well. I have really been excited to see what you've done the past month on the first of every month.
Joel thanks joel, i have projects ready to start when the Zip is finished although not as labor intensive, i have a vintage car to restore (1964 american 440 convertible) i want to build a harley bobber, no more boats for a while but i have been eyeing a few glen l skiffs that would be real handy crabbing here locally, my wood working tools might get lonely and demand another boat build.
R3d N3cK pretty pleased with the cutwater, sad deal for texas but i'm in Oregon, no flooding here but half of my state is on fire, was supposed to be 70 degrees and sunny today but the massive amount of smoke from multiple forest fires has blotted out the sun, it's an eerie brown sky, ......and it stinks.
