Wow King this is amazing and they say Africa is poor. Who designed the exterior? How can you be poor in Africa if you own everything you have and not living on a credit system keeping you in debt? In the Motherland your home car and land are yours, not a bank. I hate when they ask you in the west if you're a home owner when you have a mortgage. The answer should be a resounding No, the bank is the homeowner.

Please say it louder for the people in the back. In America that house does not belong to you. Even when it’s paid off it belongs to the state. You’ll find out when you don’t pay yearly taxes 🤦🏾‍♂️

Thanks for watching. Yes I will show the house when it’s completed however it won’t be anytime soon due to it’s expensive cost on finishing. But my viewers enjoy the before and after so that they learn the building process, do’s and don’ts.

Guys we have more beautiful houses than this in Africa. You can own a beautiful house in Ghana if you make $1500 a month. You can finished building your house in 5 years if you money conscious.

Nice house with absolutely no space for trees or any green space. Black Africans are throwing away all their blessings, and in a hurry to go back to the stone ages. This is very sad.
