Making panels and mount rails for the second floor in my custom truck camper.
It's removable and can save a lot of weight when I don't need the second floor for camping. I use it only when traveling with family.

- floor: plywood painted with polyurethane varnish and Flex Seal for the bottom
- walls: composite material beBond
- insulation: XPS Foamular 1 inch
- interior: FRP white panels
