If you just want to leave it as an empty lot, there's not much you need to do other than pay your taxes each you are maintain the property. An insurance policy might be a good idea too and should be pretty cheap. Of course, this all assumes you are not in a deed-restricted community; if you are, the community might have their own rules that you need to follow.

@@bluebirdmacaje Not sure what kind of maintenance you need for a vacant lot? If it's just cutting the grass every few weeks, I would find a local landscape company. Good luck!
