One of the Best Tutorial I have reviewed clearly what impressed me the most was how articulate you were in the manner of your speech and understanding of the subject manner ! Bravo good to see there are still some intelligent US citizens in this ERA of Dumbing Down in todays US education system - yes I confess I was educated in Australia and Uk although a proud US Citizen from time to time ;-)
we need to set up the boards and that has been a struggle, as I am unsure to use the status column or more rows to see a kanban view for an home improvement dealer sales & installation company. I'd love to see that part so I don't waste a lot of the team's time changing later.
So, if you choose a hybrid model for a board, does that mean that the subitems need to be created uniquely for each instance? Is there a way to have the subitems automatically created the same when a new instance is added?
so basically I just wasted 30 minutes only to find out you can't really do a hybrid model with the free version because the subitems only will populate with an automation which you can't do with free.

This is so complicated software to use and very kind of scattered. When some items are clicked on the response time is haphazard. The view mode so so scattered too. They should have it like the software Smartsheet. Smartsheet is much more professional and concise and user friendly.
