At times, depending on the request, we do require users to reach out to support team who can provide more in depth responses. Hi! i love automations but i have a question. i have conected boards and when a new item it's created in the main board i can see the change in the board where it was connected but no when an item it's deleted, it's there a chance to automate that? Thanks :)

Hey Camila! This is a known issue, and our developers are working on making the connect boards more streamlined automatically, if a task is deleted. We'd love to hear more about your use case to see if there's a workaround here, so please send us an email to support@monday.com :)

Hi Lisa, is there any chance that we can make automation that runs in this flow. when a status is changed it will input a 30-day reminder, and remind you a day before with adding a new item to a new board (eg. to-do list), and once a status change in the to-do list it will update the mother item from the previous board and change the 30-day date again. basically it's recurring automation. please advise. thank you!

Hello - I'm attempting to use an automation to duplicate a pulse with updates to a new board. However, when the automation duplicates the pulse it removes the updates. However, this is an option when duplicating a pulse manually.

Hi, i am trying to create an automaton where each email on the same subject will trigger an update of an open item. When i try, it simply creates a new open item, which is not what i want.

Hi, I love automations :) My question regarding dependencies: Will it be possible someday to get the option, that the "push by x days" will be aware of the weekend and adjust the actual pushing days accordingly? So, when you enter a date, which is a Thursday, and your automation for the next date "pushes 2 days" it would usually end up on a Saturday. So is there an option to skip the weekend? And it actually pushes the date to the next working day?

Thank you for this and I completely understand where you are coming from. I believe if you 'Hide Weekends' in the admin settings, it should be able to to skip weekends. Can you let us know if this helps?

@@mondaydotcom Hide weekends only hides them as you are viewing a calendar, but I have found no way to push working days. I just add 2 days to my workflow - but this would be a great feature to have!

Does anyone know how to add estimated time automatically. Having trouble doing this. Using: When an item is created and only if [condition/column] [contains only these labels] set [Estimate time/number column] to [number]. This is not working i.e. when a new item has been created and meets a condition the estimated number column does not populate?

How can I receive inbound text trough Twilio on monday?

Hi there 👋 Currently, the Twilio integration is a one-way integration from monday.com to Twilio. This means it's not possible to have inbound texts populate into your monday.com board. You can achieve this by using a third-party integration service, such as Zapier or Integromat instead!

You can do this through a status change automation recipe. In the automation center, we have a recipe that will allow you to create a new item on another board when the status of an item in the current board changes. It will also link the two items together. Could that work?
