Reversed yipee fucking got me. Anyway R2 is really not that worth it, but it's not terrible. It's a pretty good support stat stick on like, Bennett, especially in teams where you don't care about his healing (with Arelechinno for example). Pretty great on Albedo and Chiori as well (though, given that you already have Chiori sig idk if I'd bother). Layla and Kirara can both use it assuming you're willing to min-max hp substats/only care about interuption resistance (maybe with Neuvi???). Also apparently Qiqi can use it really well which, lol; lmao. I can't find anything on whether you can have multiple characters running PPS in the same team unfortunately.
