That’s what I liked about Hedera Ashcraft from the very beginning. They consulted the SEC to make sure that they would be compliant from the start. Compliance and the integrity of the founders is what made me buy as much Hedera as I could.

Hedera and HBAR will be among the giants in the industry for years to come. I only expect $1-$2 this run. But we could go way beyond that moving forward. (If you don’t agree, I don’t care and don’t really need you to comment to my post. 🤷🏾‍♂️)

Compare this to other cryptos and exchanges that are being charged with federal crimes, and the whining about it, while being proud of how "anti-establishment" they are, and believing that this will make them rich --- ?!?!?! -- what the heck???

I have a question.How does Chainlink that works on other L1 benefit Hedera as a GC? They are also in the RWA space and just completed the POC with JP Morgan, Templeton and BNY Mellon. Isn’t that a conflict of interest?

Hbar is very interesting. Although hbar doesnt have legal clarity, they always seem to work with companies like archax that do have legal clarity. Is this some sort of way to reduce risk and avoid needing to deal with the SEC?

I think its just the kind of organization that’s attracted to Hedera. Most Layer 1 tokens don’t have regulatory clarity yet. HBAR hasn’t been named in the many SEC suits though.

@@HederaForum as an investor i think its great to hear that HBAR is building these relationships. The thought does always cross my mind though, why does hbar always appear to be going through what seems like a liason to the institution. If these companies are going to use hbar why dont they just directly work with hbar? What deters blackrock for example from directly working with hbar instead of archax?

@@Roy.story.4 i use to wonder that too, zoom back and look at the wider picture, like y do people need ETFs to invest in bitcoin, like the DigitalAsetinvestor always says, our financial system doesnt want us to own our own crypto, they want to maintain as much power and assets as possible, they want everyone to go through a middle man. We just got “lucky” and got in early. before u had to be a millionaire to even have the option to invest into a company like hedera
