When it comes to staircases, especially the hand railings, even though glass may look elegant, I would prefer wood or metal railings over glass. Safety is what you have in mind. Glass can be very dangerous if it breaks and falls while there are people below."

Wow!! This is almost my dream home design in terms of design and efficient use of spaces relative to its lot size; if they can integrate a decent size bedroom in the ground with ensuite fullbath, (future proofing when owners get old) it would perfect.

Ok! Umpisa plng ang ganda na ng bahay tignan, nakaka excite. Ang ganda ng gate lalo na ung fence ❤❤❤❤❤ Ang liit ng main door, nilakihan sana kahit onti kasi para bumagay sa ganda ng bahay Ang ganda ng hagdan parang painting. Waaaaaaaaahhhhhh ❤❤❤❤❤ Sobrang liit ng sofa. Dahil uso ang flutted style, nasobrahan na ng onti ang design. Oh no. Never akong maglalagay ng common toilet and bath sa ganyan kagandang bahay, dapat powder room lang. Kudos sa service area ang elegante at ang liwanag ❤❤❤❤❤ Ang ganda ang linis ang elegante ng bahay, pero nag stop na ko panoorin nung nakita may common toilet and bath nnmn sa 2nd floor 😢😢😢😢😢 sa ganyan kagandang bahay , bawat room dapat may sariling bathroom No to black sink, maganda lng tignan pero hindi praktikal kasi mahirap makita kung nalinis ba or hindi. Ang awkward ng bed sa guest bedroom dahil hindi sakto sa bintana.

Would definitely consider it if I didn't start my new build already. Would have saved me 3M. But I prefer two story max only, climbing those stairs can be crazy tough. Ganda overall boss!

Best use of a very small lot. Very nice. One concern I have is of the 3rd floor. If a strong typhoon hits the area, will that room be protected by typhoon shutters?

The stairs are not child-safe design. The balcony is useless if all you can see are houses and crowded place. Balcony designs are good if you have a good view of your surroundings. It is better to maximize the space and add more rooms

The 2 car "carport" would be tight. PS it's not a garage. A garage is an enclosed area. Otherwise, it's a very nice house.

Yes, it is also considered garage because it is enclosed with solid walls but not totally while carport is open air with overhead cover.

minimalistic walastic sa ganda! kung may pera kang ganyan na ipapagawa sa bahay better to buy a larger lot area.. minimum of 250sm. i think 2 lot area nitong subd. or village.

The price of the property depends on the size of the lots not the look of the house so I’m not in favour of a high price if the house look cramped and no space for garden and swimming pool.
