Klang Valley entered Phase 3 of the National Recovery Plan (NRP or PPN) starting 1st October 2021. Vaccination rates were encouraging with 85.1 per cent of the adult population having been fully vaccinated and 1,217,386 shots administered to adolescents aged 12 to 17 as of Sept 28.
People has started to gradually living in the new norm by following SOP and wearing mask. I have opportunity to walk around Bukit Bintang on 3rd Oct 2021.
For your info, I'm walking from WOLO Hotel to Pavilion Bukit Bintang, the most hapening area in KL. Along the way, you'll see life is almost back to as what it was before Covid 19.The lively scene in Bukit Bintang has back !!! The street full of people, the road packed with vechicle, business are open. See it for yourself in this video. Are we ready to live with Covid 19 ?
