Recipe and ingredients:
2 chicken drumsticks.
1 carrot, 1 onion and 2 sticks of selera.
pour 2 liters of water, bay leaf, boil for 30 minutes.
Finely chop 1 onion.
olive oil and 30 g butter.
Grate 1 carrot.
Finely chop 1 red bell pepper.
2 cloves of garlic, cover and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Chop 2 potatoes.
Remove the meat and vegetables from the broth.
cook for 10 minutes.
Separate the meat from the bones and shred.
50-70 g pasta, salt, pepper, rosemary and cook for another 10 minutes.
50 ml kefir, 1 egg yolk, 2 tablespoons of flour and the juice of half a lemon, mix well.
turn off the stove, dilute the mixture with broth and add to the broth.
