It’s actually quite common with South Asian AND specially if you are a mother who has lots of children and responsible for most of the cooking. I used to do that and these videos didn’t even exist 13 years ago !

Everything looks amazing! Is meal prep a new thing in the UK? For your plastic containers, if they are BPA-free you shouldn't have any problems putting hot food in, or warming it up. But always best to use glass containers.
