J.Hayes Not really the yak have incredible stamina he just need to get all that shit shaved off his body So that he can fight more comfortable like the bull instead of overheating Under all that shit
What do you expect. He emptied the gas tank to submit the bull with explosive movement and the bull just keep on hanging and looks like he didn't even break a sweat
I see a lot of speculation about why the yak lost the fight, while he seemed to have the upperhand for a long time. Some are saying it's the horns. I doubt that, since his head seems to be pretty thick anyway. I think it has to do with the yak's thick coat. The bull was able to radiate his body heat more efficiently due to his thin coat, compared to the yak. The yak was simply burning up under all that hair, although physically stronger, and that saved the bull's day.
i never thought of this , the yak was much bigger than the bull and the stronger animal, angry bull will die fighting , i am amazed buy the beauty of the yak
The yak started out strong, and had the power upperhand, but you could see him struggling towards the end. Let's get this beast shaved, and have a rematch.
Scott Fresner So Scott .... what good is to be stronger when you run out of stamina ?..... sometimes... fighting is about taking good punches and wait till you have an opening ... and that's what happened with the bull... great stamina ... didn't back down even against a heavier stronger opponent ..... like rocky said " it's not about the size of the dog in the fight ...it's about the size of the fight in the dog that will win the fight".....
Yeah what happened to his horns? Most Yaks have horns...the males anyhow. He was a strong guy nevertheless...smart to get out of there when his energy went down though.
What impressed me most about the yak was his agility. He was the larger animal but had the ability to get the lowest center of gravity every time the bull built up some momentum. The yak was able to dig in, get low & reverse the tide.
I agree, but what is most impressive to me is the Yak not only cannot do damage without its horns, but horns are defensive as well! How the HECK did it avoid getting gored just starring with unhorned head???? Incredible.
I'm thinking the bull won, not because of his horns, but because he had a shorter coat AND he was playing it smart. In part 1, he was letting the angsty yak push him around a lot. That called for the yak to burn up a lot of energy, while the bull just did some moving and sidestepping. You can see how much the yak's sides were heaving, compared to the bull's. It was lazy determination on the bull's part that was the reason he won. The yak will be wiser the next fight he gets into and not use his energy so quickly.
Every time the bull tried to push forward, the yack stopped him in his tracks and pushed him back with ease!..I agree the thick coat may have hampered the yacks stamina due to overheating. But if the yack had a pair of horns it would of been over quickly.
The bull was smarter: he waited for the yak to get exhausted, giving him the impression to be at one step from victory then attacking and surprising him in the final moments of the fight.
They can cross breed, if that's what you mean, but the offsprings of yak-cow half breeds are considered weak and useless, so there aren't many. Although to me it seems they were just releasing some steam and being herd animals. The rest is our sick human mind.
In the end Yak thought of his wife and kids and said to himself: "it's not worth it". The Bull is probably a single dude, had a few drinks before and thought it'd be fun to take on a bigger guy for a laugh and impress any four legged females in the vicinity!
The Yak a had the size and weight advantage at the biggining but the mongolian bull had more patience and endurance thus holding on to the fight more longer gave him the edge here.
+Monzur C. Finally, a man with some sense..... The horns had nothing to do with it...... But, you can see at the end of part 1 where the yak was breathing extremely hard and the bull was hardly breathing at all.... Endurance was the winner here.....Not the horns...
Ok, so the horns were doing damage. If you watch Humans fight, such as the world of Mixed Marital Arts.....wounds and blood rarely have an impact on the outcome (unless the fighter with wounds and who is bleeding lets it affect him mentally) I can show you MANY fights between humans where one person was just GUSHING with blood but because of cardio conditioning/genes, and stamina, they won nonetheless. So, yeah, the horns were doing damage, but, if you see, the other was breathing tremendously hard....in the end, the conditioning is going to prevail. Or to put it another way, the one who can last longer will win, regardless of wounds and blood.
The MMA does not have stamina classes, they have weight classes for a reason. But in this case they basically removed the heavy weight's hands before the fight.
bull weathers the early storm from the bigger yak and drags him into deep waters. great endurance by the bull who comes home strong in the end for the late finish!
"New sensation", "Suicide Blonde", "I need you tonight" and "Original Sin" are well worth checking out. The "problem" is his presence. I regard him as the last big "sex symbols". I am not gay, but even I gravitate to him. Definitely a guy to hang out with, though I never was bad on my own. RIP Michael!
The bull knew that by hanging on without applying all of his strength the yak was going to tire up eventually, and that's what he did. Yak went on the attack and wasted his energy.
If you do a google image search for yaks, they have horns. This males horns seem to be removed by the owner. So there is no consequence for the bull, he just has to keep in behind the yak and even if he's only 80% is strong he can still inflict more damage than the yak. With horns, the yak would move his head side to side and move the bull, make the bull fight back with their weight balance. The bull would get tired and have to work hard as well if the Yak could leverage him, work him around, and of course, poke him. Without horns it's like trying to hammer a nail with a ball-point hammer. No wonder he got worn out.
Wow, so you don't "shave" anything with horns. When a male is just a few days old you use a tool that heats up red hot and you burn the horn numbs off the head so that they never grow in the first place. Horns are a living part of an animal and if you cut or "shaved" off the horn the poor thing would bleed out.
damn the yak lost! but it did not have its naturally long horns so that put it at a disadvantage. Still an awesome video, beautiful place by the way! :)
iServeYou allTheTime You can't force a bull to grow bigger overnight, but you can shave a yaks coat over night. You can also cut off a yaks horns overnight. Which is what happened to that one.
I've raised cattle my entire adult life. There is always a point in a bull fight where one of them gets winded. It happens almost explosively. They'll blow out a big grunt, their side will start heaving hard and out will come the tongue. It's usually over at that point. If the animals are equally matched, it comes down to cardio.
...nice video, i love the view ...it's clean, quiet, no clocks, no traffic, fuck the bull fight, not even fight'n, it's just male bond'n where is this place at, dont tell, people will fack it up if they find out
A bulls endurance is legendary with larger lung capacity and larger arteries. This is anatomically superior to a yaks preference to sit still and move slowly due to environmental conditions. I've been studying this for fifteen minutes. Thanks for reading this and never forget it, you can use this info to impress indigenous women.
I am very “liberal”. This video makes me feel very happy because I can see that two male animals are indulging in their natural instincts, to the bitter end. And both survive. Thank you for sharing.
