Bullet Echo Gameplay (Blue Storm !!) 

here i was trying to record a freddie gameplay video up until i saw the blue storm, it's quite rare to find and doesn't happen that often.
how to make the blue storm appear is by standing on a blue crate that swapped out the specific artifact, for example the blue storm crate can replace a visor crate, you still get the ability for the visor but it also makes the storm from vanilla to blue.
