I opened probably a couple hundred chests and still haven't gotten Ramsey and that's the only one I don't have besides v but she is not available in chests at the moment I think they are trying to make people buy heros now because you used to be able to get them from chest now it feels impossible
They just need to make upgrading heroes and gear easier, people like progression. Between the matchmaking problems and slow progession keeps people away from playing long term
