Bullitt Remade in Grand Theft Auto IV (HD) (720P) (Fanmade/inspired) 

Laptop +GTA 4 in 768p HD with settings lowered=decent framerate if it was full HD and settings were maxed out the frame rate would be garbage also I use 29.97 frames per second option in my video editor because 29.97 FPS is a movie frame rate but the Laptop I am using is a 4 year old or 5 year old laptop running Windows 10 originally ran windows 8.1 the laptop wasn't made for gaming.

@@marco_evertus I can confirm this isn't 5 frames if it was 5 frames I wouldn't be able to play this game.

@@technologyproductions-ye3px maybe 7-12 FPS, it's not any better considering its a 10 year old game and my laptop can run GTA V at 80-100 FPS at Ultra.

@@marco_evertus you're comparing your gaming rig to a laptop of course the difference is night and day another thing bandicam adds to that frame decrease by a few personally stopped using bandicam my next gaming videos are going to be made with a recording program called expression screen recorder and encoder it's a program made by Microsoft it actual doesn't add a watermark to your video.
