Jordan seemed to enjoy this one.
He hit 12 of 22 shots to finish with 27 points, leading the Bulls to an 89-80 win over the Hawks in game four.
Pippen 26 and was the only other Bull besides Jordan to score in double figures.
The Bulls took a 3 games to 1 lead in the series and headed back to Chicago to try to close it out on their home court.
NOTE: MJ's first seven points aren't shown because NBC didn't cut to the Bulls game until after the Rockets vs Sonics.

Something was going on in this game. I've never seen MJ laugh and smile so much - especially for a playoff game!

7:15 ''Jordan had to ADJUST THAT SHOT!!! With Laettner all over 'em!'' Love the emphatic commentary of Marv Albert.

As a hawks fan, he made the NBA for the hawks a living nightmare.....because the hawks never advanced past the second round. Jordan, greatest of all time.

I miss Tripleheaders on Sunday. Those were some good games. Heat and Knicks defensive struggle Patrick Ewing coming up huge with the block on Tim Hardaway and The Rockets and The Sonics overtime battle with Charles Barkley having a huge game same with Matt Maloney 8 3 pointers. and The Bulls pretty much dominating with Michael hitting almost everything until Dikembe and The Hawks came back in the 4th quarter but The Bulls hold them off. It was real good NBA Basketball unlike in todays NBA. Nobody plays with a age or with any fire to them. Too many Politicians in the game today nobody plays with fun or a edge anymore. and there is no enforcers anymore. ps NBA on NBC will always be the best. Bob Costas and Marv Albert were nothing but the best. Greg Gumble was very fun to listen too same with Steve Jones and Bill Walton even a young Mike Breen was good to listen too unlike now on ABC

Steve Smith's week of hell. Man, what happened to back-to-backs in the playoffs. The Bulls had a back to back in each year of their final 3-peat. If they can play it, why can't LeBrons Cavs or the Grizzlies or the Clippers do it in the playoffs as well?

thanks for the upload!! really enjoy watching this mature bulls. jordan definitely is a very reliable player on both ends. his talent on moving without the ball is unreal. and yea that move he pulls out at 3:37 is just something a shooter like him could do..he creates such enormous threat of getting the mid range shot done that everyone has to jump to interrupt his shot.

The move they show a replay of from 3:37-3:41 is one of my favorites. I'm assuming it's one of the baskets he scored before your video begins, since they show Jordan as 3/7 from the field at the beginning of the video. Does your original game tape just not have the beginning of the game or did you cut it out so it fit on youtube? That play is awesome what seen normally (still looks good in the replay though lol).

please tell me since they all lost 4-1 in the playoffs to the bulls led by michael jordan who do you all feel played them best between the 1996 knicks 1997 hawks 1997 heat and 1998 hornets and i'll say patrick ewing and alonzo mourning were elite but not legendary like the goats being wilt chamberlain and bill russell and michael jordan wasn't quite as legendary as kareem abdul-jabbar oscar robertson wilt chamberlain and bill russell

Back When The Hawks Had That Ugly Ass Court, Logo, And Jerseys!! Lol. I Liked Their 80's And Early 90's Jersey's Better With The Backwards Pacman Logo Better With The Red, White, And Yellow Colors Back When They Had Nique And Webb.

The Marv Albert-Matt Guokas duo was never appreciated the way it should have been. It may have been up there with Marv Albert/Doug Collins. Frankly, I think it's better than Albert/Fratello.

Me too. I love Matt Guokas - he knew the game and always recognized what MJ and the other players were saying on the court. Today, it seems that qualified broadcasters are a rarity. Other than Hubie Brown, national games seem to be called by idiots other than in the Playoffs.
