Shibito being fused for one thing, Uub’s background and story being different, Pilaf and Mai being old, despite the fact they were turned to kids in BOG, Hell being non-canon with Frieza, Cell and Piccolo in it and Frieza not using his Gold or Black forms when fighting Goku, lastly Goku and co never using the god forms and beyond which were achieved in Super. If anything GT is canon to the Z anime’s timeline only, which contains all of the movies(or most) and the filler sagas. This is the way it can be reconciled to fit into the timeline.

Goku also needed help from the Kai's, they grabbed his tail that was under his skin, remember ? The only reason Vegeta didn't transform was because he had no tail, but was more then ready to transform, exactly like Bulma said. Goku was also ready, but didn't transform into a SSJ4 because that was after they helped him grow a tail. What Bulma did was creating a machine where the tail grows from within, in other words that there was no reason anymore to use a tail for the transformation, as his whole body absorbed the fake moon light. Both Goku and Vegeta needed a push to become SSJ4 but never needed help, as they were more then ready to transform, both had no tail at the time. If they had a tail, both would've transformed sooner, a lot sooner.

Damn. These 2 are TOO good together😂! I used to question Vegitas way of balance as a family man who stays competitive with the main protagonist. But now that I think about it it’s actually a clear second priority. He only gets competitive in hopes of protecting not just his pride and heritage but also his family. Weird how Toriyama cited Vegita as his least favorite character despite being so well written. Of course he was never intended to be taken this far. But a fan base can redefine the course of intended character development. Now if only we could’ve had Super Saiyan Napa with the blonde mustache and brows. Someone please fanfic that!
I think that, due to having known Goku the longest and being married to Vegeta, Bulma has the keenest understanding of the Saiyan mindset. She's used her scientific knowledge and skills as an inventor to help both of them in areas where they come up short (i.e. creating a Dragon Radar for Goku, inventing the Bluntz's Wave machine for Vegeta), and is well aware that despite their planet-annihilating capabilities, neither warrior will think to bring her to harm. She also seems to view the rivalry between her childhood friend and husband along the lines of, "Oh, we'll just let the boys have their little fight!!", and appears to encourage it as an outlet for both of them.

When you think about it his pride wouldn't have allowed him to go through with it unless his loved ones were at risk. Just like with the fusions. I wish they asked one of the dragons to make this machine for them in the main canon universe.

One of the things I like most about this relationship is that both parties support each other's endeavors. Bulma particularly knows how important training and fighting is to Vegeta but never tries to change him, rather tries to help him achieve his goals (she's also a supportive mother, letting her son train and embrace his saiyan side), completely opposite of Chi-Chi. Vegeta honestly couldn't have asked for a better wife. While I don't particularly like GT, this was a sweet moment ❤

I really wished we had gotten to see how those 2 got together. I mean we basically saw Chi chi claim Goku, since they were kids. But to see Bulma working her way through Vegeta's saying pride walls, would have been epic.

The Vegeta in actual show used artificial moon to get a free powerup every saiyan is capable of by default and doesn't need to earn by any training whatsoever , in his introductory arc to beat Goku , later used HTC to get stronger in way less time than he would , later took an evil wizard's help to become strong enough to beat Goku.. @humanman9920, don’t get me wrong I’m a huge Dragon Ball fan… I just never gave GT a shot because I think it might be the weakest saga. I think getting Omega Shenron and some of the other cooler villains brought moments. In addition, I love the SS4 concept even though I think Goku attained it before the saga and probably GT focused more on it. There are nostalgic moments in GT that would tear u but many fans would agree GT was probably the weakest saga.
*Super Saiyan 5 never made it into the canon universe, but that concept became so popular among fans that they started fantasizing what it would like. It was then when the fan theory of Dragon Ball AF came to be, introducing characters like Xicor (evil son of Goku) , Broly who looked awesome in SSJ 5 form, a new type of Cell etc. Because all of those amazing ideas never made it into adaptation, they introduced MUI instead, a technique which gives Goku white hair*
Back when Sabat's voice acting was still top tier. It's time for my man to pass the reins, cause since DBZ Kai, his voice acting just hasn't had quite the same kick.
