I've purchased the cases in the past. Today I received my first pallet. It appears some items may be missing. I've read the bulq policy about filing a claim. Before I go thru the trouble, what's your experience been? Has bulq stepped up and offered some sort of compensation when you have found that items are missing?

@@hookedonpickinamazonfbasel1661 Well, you were right. I went through the manifest and marked the few items that were missing. Emailed it to their customer service team. They did, in fact, issue a partial refund.

I've never bought from Bulq because of the random assortment in their pallets. If I buy a clothing pallets, I want clothes, not some clothes, some soap, a thing of toilet paper, and some office supplies. I don't understand why they do that.

How much do you sell your shoppkins for? My girls just got into shopkins,LPS, And LOL of course. Oh or also if you happen to have any of the teeny tiny LPS Are you on Instagram or Pinterest?
